Our regular size moisturisers and cleansers, and all deodorants come in refillable containers. You may think refills mean trudging to the bulk shop with your clean empties, but our process allows you to simply buy a fresh jar or bottle and return your empties to us directly whenever you want. You don’t need to wait for an empty or time it perfectly for a refill.

Once your empty reaches Joji HQ, we inspect it to ensure it is still functioning perfectly before meticulously cleaning it and getting it back into circulation. Any empties that make their way back to us damaged are always recycled.

Our lids are recyclable, so you can pop those directly in the recycling. We make sure all jars have a fresh one. Our droppers can be cleaned and re-used or pulled apart and recycled, although you’ll need to check locally for the squeezy silicone end.

If you can hang onto your Joji shipping box so you can reuse it to return empties. It’s the most resource-efficient to send 2 or more jars back at once.
